Consultation
Once you have submitted a contact form, we start with a brief consultation, either in person or virtually. This is a chance for us to introduce ourselves, understand your vision, and explore your event's needs. We’ll discuss your goals, preferences, and expectations to determine if we are the right fit for your special occasion. You must be able to provide us with your booking date and corresponding selected venue first.
Booking & Retainer
If you feel we are the perfect match, you can officially secure your event date with a retainer fee. This ensures we can dedicate our time and expertise to your event planning. Once booked, we’ll dive into the exciting details and conduct a site view of your event venue location!
Sit Back & Relax: Planning
Once you’ve booked, we take the reins. You’ll be able to relax as we handle the logistics and design. From vendor coordination to timeline management, every detail will be taken care of. We’ll keep you updated, so you remain involved without any of the stress.
Event Execution
On the day of your event, our team will bring your vision to life! From setup to design, we ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan, so you can enjoy every moment.
